Data, purposes and legal bases

• Account: e-mail address, name (optional), password; or, with « Continue with Google », your Google identifier, e-mail and name. Purposes: providing the service and managing users. Basis: performance of the terms of use. The e-mail address is required to create an account.
• Your content: saved tasks, daily e-mail subscription (locations, settings), optional link to Autorouter for NOTAM. Basis: performance of the terms of use.
• Security: sessions and connected devices, sign-in attempts, technical logs (IP address, date, page requested). Basis: legitimate interest.
• Statistics: anonymous daily usage totals per feature. Basis: legitimate interest.

No advertising, no sale of data, no third-party analytics. The only e-mails sent are those related to your account and, if you asked for it, the daily e-mail.

Data received from Google

Your Google identifier, e-mail address and name are used only to create your account and recognise you when you sign in. They are not shared with third parties, nor used for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models.

Recipients

Data is hosted in France by the publisher, who alone has access to it. Also involved: OVHcloud (France), for sending e-mails; Google, if you use Google sign-in, which may process this data outside the European Union; Autorouter, if you link your account; base-map providers, which receive your IP address when your browser downloads their images.

Retention periods

• Account, tasks, subscription, Autorouter link: until you delete them. An unconfirmed account is deleted after 7 days.
• Sessions: until they expire, then 48 hours.
• Sign-in attempts and technical logs: 12 months; web server logs: 14 days.

Your rights

You can delete your account from the Profile page, or by writing to us. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to us. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies

Only cookies and local storage needed for the service to work are used (session, language, display settings): no consent is required.
