Weather models and 10-day forecast
SoaringCast relies on several weather models:

- Auto mode (default): at each hour, the finest available model is shown. Its name appears above the time bar.
- Model selector, right of the bar: forces a model wherever it exists, for instance to compare AROME and ICON-D2 at the same hour. The dashboard follows this choice.
- Beyond D+5, the forecast gives a trend (« does the weekend look soarable? »), not a task plan.
Model changes: in Auto mode, the model changes as the days go by. A sudden change from one day to the next may come from this switch rather than from the weather. In that case, look at the model spread in the dashboard, or force a model to compare.
Some models do not provide every parameter: their thermal values are then estimated. Sources in detail: Sources and licences.
